Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

  • Due to weather conditions, like rain, fog or heavy weather (the crew makes the assessment): 100% refund of the received amount
  • Any problem with the vessel or crew: 100% refund of the received amount

Customer cancelation:

  • 30 days before the trip : 100% refund of the received amount
  • 15 days before the trip: 50% refund of the received amount
  • 14 days or less: no refund
